    Ald., don’t you get it, yet? You are requred by law to have your walks CLEARED within a 24-hour period!

    This is sooooo sad. Maybe, at 50 years old, his hearing is going? And his sight?

    I think not–it’s simply that he can’t stoop down…to YOU and ME!
